Utica/Rome, the Valley and the North Country have a choice for Rock again!

Outside companies that take over local radio stations eliminate competition so they can run the ones they own cheaply using pre-recorded talent in the other markets they operate in. 

Utica is no exception.  Keep  one or two part time people, get a local phone number that forwards calls to another market and coach the DJ's they use to make them sound local.  Fact is, they couldn't find Genesee Street without a GPS.
