2:00PM n/a MV Blues Society free picnic Sylvan Beach

Waterfront Park Sylvan Beach!

Once again, Mohawk Valley Blues Society will be presenting live blues on the shore of beautiful Oneida Lake — the perfect setting for a Sunday Picnic. The headliner will be the CHRIS O'LEARY BAND following 2 regional acts. The schedule will be as follows:
2:00 - Joe Beard with Steve Grills and the Roadmasters
3:45 - The Fabulous Ripcords
5:30 - The Chris O'Leary Band
Live music between acts will be provided by the Parlor Dogs.

This event is free and open to the public. Bring your family, friends, and picnic provisions and enjoy an afternoon of hanging out with the MVBS, rain or shine. (Please do not bring chairs that have seats more than 18" off the ground.)

We welcome contributions! Your generosity is what makes it possible to do these picnics year after year. Contributions are tax-deductible — receipts will be available at the MVBS tent next to the stage.

2:00PM 5:00PM Our Common Roots at Woodland Farm Brewery Our Common Roots dub themselves Progressive Americana which is very fitting for their original sound! Catchy songs with vivid lyrical imagery, belted out by singer Brian Lucenti with gusto and groove. Accented by the harmonies and seamless picking style of rhythm guitarist Ryan "Huck" Flynn. Blistering psychedelic soundwaves from the Strat of Andy Soroka. The driving drum beat of Justin Parker. Words hardly do justice how much fun these guys have when they play together, as it truly is a spectacle to be seen, heard, and felt.
